 Basic First Aid
This 4-hour course will cover how to minimize the effects of shock. How to treat sudden illnesses, including poisonings and heat and cold emergencies. First aid for: cuts, scrapes, bruises, burns, bleeding, and injuries to bones, muscles, and joints, such as sprains and strains.

CPR for the Professional Rescuer
American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer is an 8-hour course for specially developed cardiac emergencies; how to perform two-rescuer CPR; what to do in special rescue situations such as drowning; ways to minimize the risk of cardiovascular disease.
