Winter Kayaking Pool Session - Aquaterra Adventures has partnered with the MDI YMCA yet again. This will be the seventh consecutive year that we have partnered together to offer kayaking activities throughout the winter months. This year, we have drastically improved the program by offering many more learning opportunities for the participants. Individuals looking at learning to roll a sea kayak will have the opportunity to sign-up for instruct in half hour increments, then be able to utilize the remainder of the pool time to practice the techniques that they have learned. Many other structured instructional programs will be scheduled during this time as well. Due to space restrictions, class sizes will be very small, enabling the instructors to offer much more individual attention. This is an incredible opportunity for local paddlers to get training from some of the best instructors in the country during the winter months, when we are supposedly have more free time. Ha!
