How do I make a reservation for a guided tour or instructional program?
Reservations are highly recommended if you would like to join us for a guided tour at a specific time or for an instructional program. Our small group sizes make our adventures fill rather quickly, especially in July and August. You may make a reservation by calling us at 207-288-0007 or toll free at 1-877-386-4124. We will be asking for the names and ages of the paddlers because we require that the tour participants are at least 10 years old for most adventures. Small children will only be taken on the tour if the guide feels that the conditions are safe enough for them. We also require that an adult accompanies each child. Reservations must be paid in full. If reservations are taken over the phone, payments must be made with either Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
What is our cancellation policy?
If you would like to cancel a reservation and get a full refund, we require that you notify us 24 hours in advance. If we cancel the tour for reasons beyond our control, we will issue you a full refund. If you cancel or change your reservation within 24 hours, you will be charged, but you may go on another equally priced sea kayak tour as a standby only. This means that we will not hold a spot for you, but if we do not fill the trip and there is room for you, you may join us. The reason for this policy is our short season and that we only take out twelve participants per tour.
Instructional programs, overnight tours, multi-day tours and group tours require two weeks to 30 days notification in order to receive any refund. The refund policy on these specific adventures will be listed on their respective webpage.
